    If you are driving from Sapporo, take the Hokkaido Expressway (道央自動車道) towards Asahikawa. After about an hour and a half, take exit 23 for Furano. Follow Route 38 into Furano city. Once you reach Furano, continue on Wakamatsucho Street; you will find the Furano Shrine at 17-6 Wakamatsucho on your left. Look for the large torii gate that marks the entrance to the shrine.

    From Sapporo Station, take the JR Furano Line train towards Furano. The journey takes approximately 2.5 hours. Once you arrive at Furano Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located right outside. Take the 'Furano City Bus' (Furano Line) towards Wakamatsucho. Get off at the 'Wakamatsucho' bus stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Furano Shrine at 17-6 Wakamatsucho. Look for the large torii gate marking the entrance.
