If you are driving from Sapporo, take the Hokkaido Expressway (道央自動車道) towards Asahikawa. Use the Kamifurano Interchange and exit the highway. From there, follow Route 237 south towards Kamifurano. After approximately 10 minutes, turn left onto Nishi 3 Senkita road. Follow this road for about 5 minutes until you reach Panorama Road. Note: There is a toll fee for using the Hokkaido Expressway, which typically costs around ¥1,000-¥2,000 depending on your entry and exit points.
