By Car
If you're driving from Sapporo, take the Hokkaido Expressway (道央自動車道) towards Asahikawa. Exit at the Kamifurano Interchange (上富良野IC). From the interchange, turn left onto Route 237 and continue straight for about 10 km. Follow the signs for Kanno Farm, which will be on your right at Nishi 12 Sen Kita, 36 Go. The drive takes approximately 1.5 hours, depending on traffic.

From Sapporo Station, take the JR Furano Line train towards Furano (富良野行き). Get off at Kamifurano Station (上富良野駅), which takes about 2.5 hours. From Kamifurano Station, you can take a taxi to Kanno Farm, which is about 10 km away. The taxi ride will cost around 2,000 to 3,000 yen, depending on traffic.

Take the JR train from Sapporo Station to Kamifurano Station (上富良野駅) on the Furano Line. Upon arrival, you can catch the Kamifurano town bus (上富良野町バス) that operates a route to Kanno Farm.
