Car
From Hyugashi Station, drive approximately 18 minutes northeast on Route 10 (Nichinan Road) towards Hichiya. Follow the signs directing you to Komenoyama. Parking is available near the observatory. There are no tolls on this route. Parking is free.
Public Transport
From Hyuga Station, take a local bus bound for Hichiya. Get off at the 'Hichiya' bus stop (approximately 20-30 minutes). From there, walk about 1 kilometer uphill to reach the observatory (approximately 20-30 minutes). Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Bus fare is approximately ¥500.

If you are in Hichiya, follow the signs that direct you toward the observatory. The walk is approximately 1 kilometer and may take around 20-30 minutes. The path is uphill, so plan accordingly.
