    If you are driving from Iki, head towards the ferry terminal and take the ferry to Hakata Port. Once you arrive at Hakata, follow the signs for the Kyushu Expressway (E3) heading north. Continue on the expressway for about 2 hours until you reach the Nagano area. Take the exit for Suwa (E20) and follow the signs for Route 20. After approximately 30 minutes, take Route 142 towards Minamimaki. The Nobeyama Radio Observatory is located at 462-2 Nobeyama, Minamimaki, Minamisaku District, Nagano 384-1305.
