Once on the mainland, merge onto Route 18 towards Ueda. Continue on Route 18 for approximately 40 minutes until you reach Ueda. Upon entering Ueda, follow signs to Ueda Castle. The Ninomaru Ruins are located at 4-6 Ninomaru, Ueda, Nagano 386-0026. There is parking available nearby, but costs may vary, so be sure to check for signage regarding parking fees.
