If you're driving from anywhere in Iki, head towards the main road leading to the ferry terminal. Follow signs for Route 204, which will take you towards the mainland. Once on the mainland, merge onto Route 18 towards Ueda. Continue on Route 18 for approximately 40 minutes until you reach Ueda. Upon entering Ueda, follow signs to Ueda Castle. The Ninomaru Ruins are located at 4-6 Ninomaru, Ueda, Nagano 386-0026. There is parking available nearby, but costs may vary, so be sure to check for signage regarding parking fees.

To reach Ueda Castle Ninomaru Ruins via public transport, start at the nearest bus or train station in Iki. Take a bus or train to the nearest major station, which is Hakata Station.
