    Subway

    From Fukuoka Airport, take the Fukuoka City Subway Kuko Line directly to Hakata Station. The ride takes approximately 5-6 minutes and costs ¥220-¥260. The subway station is directly connected to both the domestic and international terminals, with a free shuttle bus connecting the international terminal to the domestic terminal.

    Bus

    From Fukuoka Airport, multiple bus routes connect to Hakata Station. The ride to the Hakata Bus Terminal takes about 15 minutes and costs ¥280. Buses depart from bus stop no. 1 at all domestic terminals. From the international terminal, you can either take a free bus to the domestic terminal and switch buses, or board a bus directly to Hakata from bus stop no. 2.

    Taxi

    Taxis are readily available at Fukuoka Airport. A taxi ride to Hakata Station typically takes around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. The fare is approximately ¥1,600-¥2,400. Taxi stands are located on the first floor of the international terminal.

    From nearby Hotel Nikko Fukuoka, Hakata Station is a short 3-minute walk. Exit the hotel and walk straight towards the station. Follow the signs for Hakata Station. Note: The underground passage is directly connected to the hotel.
