Toei Bus line 23 runs from Ueno Station (via Asakusa) to Tokyo Skytree Station. Bus fare from Ueno Station is ¥220. Alternatively, a bus from Tokyo Station to Tokyo Skytree Station will cost you approximately ¥210.
