Car
From central Ise, take Route 42 heading south towards Shima. Continue on Route 42 for approximately 30 minutes. You will pass through Toba City. As you approach Shima, follow the signs for Shima Pearl Bridge (志摩大橋) which will direct you to Shimacho Wagu. The bridge will be visible as you near the area, with ample parking available nearby. Note that there may be tolls on the expressways, so keep some cash or an ETC card handy.

Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
Start at Ise-Shima Kashikojima Station. Take the Kintetsu Limited Express or the Kintetsu Line to Toba Station. From Toba Station, transfer to the Toba City Bus (Toba Line) and get off at 'Shima Pearl Bridge' bus stop. The bus journey takes about 20 minutes. Make sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as service may vary. The bus fare is approximately 500 yen one way.

For the more adventurous, rent a bicycle in Ise and take the scenic route to Shima Pearl Bridge. Take Route 42 south, which has designated bike paths in some areas.
