Car
From the center of Ise, head east on Route 23 towards Tsu. After about 2 kilometers, take the exit towards Ise Jingu. Follow the signs to Ise Jingu, and continue driving for about 5 minutes. Once you reach the outer shrine, look for signs to the Sengukan Museum, which is located within the Outer Shrine grounds at 〒516-0042 Mie, Ise, Toyokawacho, 前野126-1. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
If you are near Ise Station, take the Kintetsu Line towards Ujiyamada and get off at Ujiyamada Station. From there, take the bus heading towards Ise Jingu. It should take about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Ise Jingu Geku' stop. From the bus stop, walk towards the Outer Shrine entrance, and you will find the Sengukan Museum located within the grounds at 〒516-0042 Mie, Ise, Toyokawacho, 前野126-1. The museum is a short walk from the entrance.
