    Getting There

    Car

    If you're driving, start from Ise Station. Head south on Route 42 and follow the signs for Ise Shrine. Continue on Route 42 for about 3 kilometers, then take a left onto Route 23. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto Toyokawacho. After about 500 meters, you will see Kodenchi (Site of Previous Sanctuary) on your left at 279 Toyokawacho.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Kodenchi using public transportation, start at Ise Station. Board the Kintetsu Line train heading towards Toba and get off at Iseshi Station. From there, exit the station and catch a local bus (Ise City Loop Bus) in the direction of Geku (Outer Shrine). The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Disembark at the Toyokawacho stop. Kodenchi is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop; head south on Toyokawacho, and you will find it at 279 Toyokawacho.
