Car
If you are driving from central Izu, take Route 135 south towards Nishiizu. Continue on Route 135 until you reach the junction with Route 414. Turn left onto Route 414 and follow the signs for Nishiizu. Stay on Route 414, which will take you through scenic areas. After about 20 minutes, you will see signs for Tsubasawa Beach. Turn right onto Nishina Road and follow it until you reach the beach parking area. Note that parking fees may apply, typically around 500 yen.

Public Transportation (Train and Bus)
From Izu, take the Izukyu Railway Line to Shuzenji Station. From Shuzenji Station, transfer to the Nishiizu Town Bus (Nishiizu Kanko Bus) heading towards Nishina. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at the Nishina bus stop, which is the closest stop to Tsubasawa Beach. From the bus stop, it's a short 10-minute walk to the beach. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as services may be limited, especially on weekends.
