    If you are traveling by car, head east on Route 9 from central Izumo. Follow the signs for Taisha and continue straight for approximately 10 minutes. When you reach the intersection at Taishacho Kizukihigashi, turn left. Continue on this road for about 1 kilometer, and you will find Kitajima Kokusokan Hall on your left at 194 Taishacho Kizukihigashi. There is parking available on-site, but note that there may be a small fee for parking.
