Car
If you are traveling by car, head east on Route 9 from central Izumo. Follow the signs for Taisha and continue straight for approximately 10 minutes. When you reach the intersection at Taishacho Kizukihigashi, turn left. Continue on this road for about 1 kilometer, and you will find Kitajima Kokusokan Hall on your left at 194 Taishacho Kizukihigashi. There is parking available on-site, but note that there may be a small fee for parking.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, start at Izumo Station. Take the Ichibata Electric Railway towards Taisha and get off at Taisha Station. This journey takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately 500 yen. From Taisha Station, you can either walk to Kitajima Kokusokan Hall, which is about a 15-minute walk (1.2 km), or take a local bus to the nearest stop, which is Kizuki, and then walk about 5 minutes to reach the hall.
