Car
If you are driving from Kagoshima city center, take Route 3 (Kagoshima Bay Road) heading north. Continue on Route 3 for approximately 15 kilometers until you reach the Hioki area. Look for signs directing you to Hioki City and take the exit for Hiyoshicho. Once on Hiyoshicho, follow the road until you see Kanosuke Distillery at 845-3 Hiyoshicho Kaminokawa on your left side. There is parking available on-site.
Public Transportation
To reach Kanosuke Distillery using public transportation, start by taking the JR Kagoshima Main Line from Kagoshima Chuo Station. Board a train heading towards Hioki Station. The journey takes about 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Hioki Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal adjacent to the station. Take the bus bound for Kaminokawa (the bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes). Get off at the stop closest to Hiyoshicho Kaminokawa. From the bus stop, Kanosuke Distillery is a short 5-minute walk; head down the road in the direction of Hiyoshicho until you see the distillery at 845-3 Hiyoshicho Kaminokawa.
