If you're driving, head towards the Setagaya area. From Kai, take Route 20 heading east. Continue on Route 20 until you reach the junction with Route 246. Merge onto Route 246 and follow the signs for Setagaya. Keep an eye out for the Kaminoge area. Once you arrive in Kaminoge, look for 3 Chome-9-25, Gotoh Museum which is located near the Kaminoge Station.

To reach Gotoh Museum using public transportation, start at your nearest station in Kai and take a train towards Shinjuku Station. From Shinjuku, transfer to the Odakyu Odawara Line and head towards Kakio Station. Get off at Kakio Station and transfer to the Odakyu Line to go to Kaminoge Station. Once you arrive at Kaminoge Station, exit the station and walk towards 3 Chome-9-25, Gotoh Museum, which is a short 5-minute walk from the station.
