If you are traveling by car from Kai, take Route 20 towards Shinjuku. It will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic conditions. Once you arrive in Shinjuku, look for signs directing you to Shinjuku Station. There are several parking garages nearby, such as the Shinjuku Parking Center. Parking fees vary, but expect to pay around ¥300-¥600 per hour. After parking, walk towards the west exit of Shinjuku Station.

For public transportation, start by taking the JR Chuo Line from Kai Station to Shinjuku Station. The journey will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once you arrive at Shinjuku Station, follow the signs to the West Exit (Nishi-guchi). The West Exit Event Space is located just outside this exit. Note that train tickets will cost around ¥1,200.

Another option is to take a highway bus from Kai to Shinjuku. Buses leave regularly from Kai Bus Terminal. The journey takes about 2 to 2.5 hours. Tickets can be purchased directly at the terminal or online, costing approximately ¥1,500. Once you arrive at Shinjuku, exit the bus terminal and follow the signs to Shinjuku Station West Exit, which is just a short walk away.
