If you're starting from Shinjuku Station, exit through the West Exit. After exiting, walk straight towards the large pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge, and continue straight on the main road (Nishi-Shinjuku Dori). You will pass by several shops and restaurants. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance to Shinjuku Chuo Park on your left (2 Chome-11 Nishishinjuku).
