If you are driving, start by heading towards Route 6 from your current location in Kawachi. Follow Route 6 until you reach the intersection with Route 1. Turn onto Route 1 and continue towards Tokyo. After approximately 30 minutes, look for signs indicating Arakawa City. Once you enter Arakawa City, keep an eye out for the signs for Shioiri Park. The park is located at 8 Chome-13-1 Minamisenju, which is easily accessible from the main roads. There is parking available near the park entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Shioiri Park using public transportation, first, find your nearest train station. You will want to take the JR Joban Line towards Ueno Station. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at Minami-Senju Station. From the station, exit towards the East Exit. Once outside, you can either walk or catch a bus. If you choose to walk, head south on Route 6 for about 10 minutes until you reach Minamisenju. Turn right onto Chome 8, and you will see Shioiri Park on your left. If you prefer the bus, take the bus from the Minami-Senju Station bound for Arakawa City and get off at the Shioiri Park bus stop.
