    Getting There

    Public Transportation

    If you are in Kawachi and want to visit the Sumida Aquarium, start by heading to the nearest train station, Kawachi-Eihon Station. From there, take the train on the Keisei Line towards Ueno. Transfer at Ueno Station to the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line and take it towards Asakusa. At Asakusa Station, transfer to the Tobu Skytree Line. Ride this train to Oshiage Station. Once you arrive at Oshiage Station, take Exit A4. The Sumida Aquarium is located on the 5th to 6th floors of Tokyo Skytree Town, just a short walk from the station.

    If you are driving from Kawachi to the Sumida Aquarium, begin your journey by heading towards the National Route 6. Merge onto the Shuto Expressway and follow the signs for the Route 1 towards Asakusa. Continue on the expressway until you see signs for Tokyo Skytree. Take the exit toward Oshiage and follow the signs to Tokyo Skytree Town. There is ample parking available at the Skytree Town complex. Once parked, head to the main entrance and take the elevator to the 5th or 6th floor to reach the aquarium.
