If you are starting from Osaka Station, take the JR Osaka Loop Line to Namba Station. From Namba Station, exit the station and follow the signs to the Midosuji Line subway. Board a train bound for Nakamozu and get off at Ebisucho Station. Take Exit 1 and walk straight for about 10 minutes. You will pass through a small shopping area and then find the Billiken Shrine on your right at 3 Chome-6-1 Ebisuhigashi.

If you are driving to Billiken Shrine from Kyoto, take the Meishin Expressway towards Osaka. Merge onto the Osaka Route and follow the signs for Namba. Exit at Namba and continue on the local roads towards Ebisuhigashi. There are parking lots available nearby. Once you park, walk towards Ebisuhigashi and the shrine will be within a short walking distance at 3 Chome-6-1.
