Public Transportation
If you are traveling from Kyoto, take the JR Special Rapid Service from Kyoto Station to Osaka Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes and costs around 560 yen. Once at Osaka Station, follow the signs to the North Exit. From there, it is a 10-minute walk to the Nakanoshima River Cruise departure point located at 1 Chome-1 Fukushima, Fukushima Ward. Follow the street signs towards the Nakanoshima area along the riverside.

Public Transportation
If you are coming from Nara, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Osaka Namba Station. Transfer to the Osaka Metro (subway) Midosuji Line and travel to Umeda Station. From Umeda Station, it’s a 15-minute walk to the Nakanoshima River Cruise departure point. You can also take the Osaka Metro Chuo Line from Umeda Station to Awaji Station, which is much closer to Nakanoshima.

If you are driving from Kobe, take the Hanshin Expressway Route 3 towards Osaka. Exit at the Nakanoshima exit and follow the signs to Nakanoshima. There are parking facilities available nearby, but be aware that parking fees may apply, typically around 300 yen per hour. Once parked, it’s a short walk to the cruise departure point.

If you are coming from Osaka International Airport (Itami), take the Osaka Monorail to Senrichuo Station. Transfer to the JR Line and travel to Osaka Station. From Osaka Station, you can follow the walking directions listed previously or drive as per the guidance above. The drive will take approximately 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic.
