If you are driving from central Osaka, take the Hanshin Expressway Route 1. Follow signs for 'Tennoji' and exit at the 'Tennoji' exit. After exiting, keep left and merge onto Route 25. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers. You will find parking facilities near the Osaka Monument, specifically at 'Tennoji Park' parking area. Note that parking rates may vary, so check the signs upon arrival.
Public Transportation - Train
From Osaka Station, take the JR Loop Line towards Tennoji Station. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive at Tennoji Station, follow the signs to the East Exit. After exiting, walk straight for about 10 minutes towards the park area. The Osaka Monument is located in front of the '産直市場よってって てんしば店' (Sanchoku Ichiba Yotte tte Tenshiba) market. Be aware that ticket prices from Osaka Station to Tennoji Station are around 200 yen.
Public Transportation - Subway
If you prefer the subway, take the Midosuji Line from Namba Station. Ride towards Senri-Chuo and get off at the Tennoji Station (approximately 15 minutes). From the station, take the East Exit and walk for about 10 minutes towards the nearby park. The Osaka Monument is directly in front of the '産直市場よってって てんしば店' market. A subway ticket from Namba to Tennoji costs around 230 yen.

Take the Osaka City Bus from various locations in Osaka to the 'Tennoji Park' bus stop. Check the local bus schedules for routes that include stops at Tennoji Park.
