If you are driving, start from the center of Shingu City. Head southeast on Route 42 towards Nachikatsuura. After about 10 km, turn left onto Route 371. Continue for approximately 6 km until you reach the parking area near the trailhead for 千穂ヶ峰(権現山). Note that there may be a small parking fee, typically around ¥500.

From Shingu Station, take a bus towards Nachikatsuura. You will want to get off at the '千穂ヶ峰入口' (Chihogamine Entrance) bus stop. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes and costs approximately ¥600. From the bus stop, follow the signs directing you to the 千穂ヶ峰 trailhead, which is about a 15-minute walk.
