Take the exit towards Osaka City Center, and then follow the signs for Nishinari Ward. Continue straight until you reach 2 Chome-10 Kishinosatohigashi. There is limited parking available nearby. Ensure you have a prepaid ICOCA card or a ticket for the subway, which costs approximately ¥230 from central Osaka. Alternatively, you can take bus number 78 from Tengachaya Station; it stops near the park.
