Public Transportation
If you're travelling from Osaka Station, take the JR Tokaido Line to Tennoji Station. The journey takes around 30 minutes and costs approximately ¥200. Once you arrive at Tennoji Station, exit the station and head towards the east exit. From there, take bus number 88 or 89 from the bus terminal located at the east exit. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Reinincho' stop. Tenjinzaka is a short 5-minute walk from there.
Car
If you're driving, start by getting onto the Hanshin Expressway. Follow the signs towards the Tennoji area. Once you reach the Tennoji exit, follow the signs towards Reinincho. There are several parking areas nearby, but be prepared to pay for parking, which can range from ¥300 to ¥600 per hour. After parking your car, walk towards Reinincho, which is only a few minutes away from the parking areas.
Taxi
You can also take a taxi for a more direct route. If you are starting from a central location in Osaka, simply tell the driver to take you to 'Tenjinzaka in Tennoji Ward, Osaka'. The taxi fare from central Osaka will typically cost between ¥1,500 to ¥2,500 depending on traffic and distance.
