    Getting There

    Train

    If you're starting from Kyoto, take the JR Special Rapid Service train from Kyoto Station to Osaka Station (approximately 30 minutes, costs around 560 yen). From Osaka Station, transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line and take the train towards Nakamozu. Get off at Namba Station (about 10 minutes, costs 230 yen). Once at Namba Station, follow the signs to exit 14, which will lead you to the Dotonbori area.

    Bus

    If you're in Kobe, you can take a highway bus from Sannomiya Bus Terminal to Namba (approximately 50 minutes, costs around 1,500 yen). Once you arrive at the Namba Bus Terminal, it's a short walk to Dotonbori. Head towards the Dotonbori canal; the Tombori River Walk is located along the river.

    Car

    If you're driving, take the Hanshin Expressway to the Namba exit. There is parking available at Namba Parks or nearby lots, but be aware that parking can be expensive (around 500 to 1,000 yen per hour). Once parked, walk towards Dotonbori; the Tombori River Walk is easily accessible from there.

    Walking from Namba Station

    Once you exit Namba Station through exit 14, follow the signs for Dotonbori. You will walk for about 5-10 minutes. As you walk, you’ll see the vibrant lights and atmosphere of Dotonbori. The Tombori River Walk runs alongside the Dotonbori canal, so you can't miss it!
