If you are traveling by car, start from the Kumano Kodo area, heading towards Route 42. Follow Route 42 southbound towards Yura. After approximately 30 km, look for signs directing you to Totsui. Turn onto Prefectural Road 48 and continue for about 5 km. Totsui Limestone Cave will be located on your left at 646 Totsui, Hidaka District, Wakayama. There is parking available near the entrance.

Train and Bus
For those taking public transportation, start at Kii-Katsuura Station, which is accessible via the JR Kisei Line. From Kii-Katsuura Station, take a bus bound for Yura Station. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes. Get off at Totsui stop, which is the closest stop to the cave. From the bus stop, it is a short walk (about 1 km) to Totsui Limestone Cave. As of the latest information, the bus fare is approximately ¥600.
