Car
If you're driving, start from Kyoto Station. Head southeast on Karasuma-dori, then turn left onto Gojo-dori. Continue straight until you reach the Fushimi Ward area. Follow signs to Jōnangū Shrine, or use GPS coordinates (34.9507, 135.7469) to guide you directly to Nakajimatobarikyucho, 7. Parking is available near the shrine.
Public Transportation
Take the Kintetsu Kyoto Line from Kyoto Station towards Nara. Get off at Fushimi Station. From there, you can either walk or take a bus to Jōnangū Shrine. If walking, head east on Fushimi-machi, then turn right onto Nakajimatobarikyucho. The shrine is located at Nakajimatobarikyucho, 7. It’s about a 20-minute walk from the station.
Bus
From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus number 205 or 207. Get off at the 'Jōnangū-mae' stop. The shrine is a short walk from the bus stop. Follow the signs directing you to Nakajimatobarikyucho, and you will reach the shrine in approximately 5 minutes.
