From Kyoto Station, take the JR Special Rapid Service to Osaka Station. The journey will take about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Osaka Station, follow the signs to the Midosuji Line subway. Take the Midosuji Line train towards Nakamozu and get off at Namba Station, which is the 4th stop. After exiting the train, follow the signs to the Dotonbori area. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station.
