Getting There

Train

From Kyoto Station, take the JR Tokaido Shinkansen towards Osaka. Get off at Shin-Osaka Station (approximately 15 minutes). Transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line at Shin-Osaka Station. Take the train towards Nakamozu and get off at Tennoji Station (approximately 10 minutes). From Kyoto Station, board the Kyoto City Bus number 100 or 206 towards Osaka. Get off at the Abeno Harukas stop (approximately 50 minutes). Once you alight, the Harukas 300 Observatory is directly in front of you on Abenosuji Street.
