    From Kyoto Station, take the JR Nara Line towards Nara. The journey will take about 45 minutes. Get off at the Heguri Station. Once you arrive at Heguri Station, exit the station and turn left. Walk straight for about 15 minutes, following the road signs towards Shigisan. You will eventually reach Gyokuzoin, which is located at 2280 Shigisan.

  • Bus

    From Kyoto Station, take the Kyoto City Bus #205 or #100 to Nara, and get off at the Nara Bus Station. From there, transfer to the Nara Kotsu Bus #70 or #71 and head towards Shigisan. Get off at the Shigisan bus stop. Gyokuzoin is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Head east on the main road, and follow the signage to Gyokuzoin, located at 2280 Shigisan.

  • Taxi

    If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Kyoto. Just tell the driver to take you to Gyokuzoin at 2280 Shigisan, Heguri, Ikoma District, Nara.
