Be sure to check for parking fees, which may vary but are generally around 500 yen.
By Train and Bus

Begin your journey at Mikawa Station. Take the JR Chuo Line towards Nakatsugawa and transfer at Nakatsugawa Station. From Nakatsugawa Station, board the Kiso Town Bus on the route towards Okuwa. The bus ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Atera Valley' stop. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the valley entrance. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited on weekends.
By Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Mikawa. This option is convenient if you're traveling in a group or have luggage.
