Getting There

  • Car

    From the center of Mikawa, head northwest on Route 301 towards Toyota. Continue straight for approximately 35 kilometers. Once you reach Toyota, follow the signs for Route 248. After about 5 kilometers, turn left onto Habucho Road. Habu Dam will be located on your right after approximately 3 kilometers. There is parking available near the dam.

    Start your journey at Mikawa Station. Take the JR Tokaido Line to Toyohashi Station (approximately 15 minutes). At Toyohashi Station, transfer to the Meitetsu Toyota Line towards Toyota City. After about 40 minutes, get off at Toyota Station. From Toyota Station, you can take a local bus towards Habu Dam (check the local bus schedule for times). The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. The closest stop is 'Habu Dam', from where it is a short walk to the dam itself.
