If you're driving, start from central Mikawa. Head south on Route 247, and continue for about 15 kilometers. Follow the signs for Gamagori, and take the exit toward Takeshimacho. After exiting, turn right and continue straight for about 5 minutes. You will see signs for Mikawawankokutei Park. The parking lot is available at the entrance of the park, and there is no parking fee.

To reach Mikawawankokutei Park via public transportation, start at Mikawa Station. Take the JR Tokaido Line train towards Toyohashi and get off at Gamagori Station (approximately 20 minutes). From Gamagori Station, take the Gamagori City Bus (Gamagori Loop Line) towards Takeshimacho. The bus ride will take about 30 minutes, and you should get off at the Mikawawankokutei Park bus stop. The bus fare is approximately 500 yen.
