Car
If you are driving from Mikawa to the Atomic Bomb Dome, head south on Route 2 towards Hiroshima. Follow the signs for Hiroshima and continue on Route 54, which will lead you into the city center. Once you reach the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park area, look for parking options nearby, such as the Peace Memorial Park Parking Lot (fees apply). From the parking lot, it is a short walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome, located at 1-10 Otemachi, Naka Ward, Hiroshima.

To reach the Atomic Bomb Dome using public transportation, start at Mikawa Station. Take the JR San'yō Main Line towards Hiroshima Station. The journey takes approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive at Hiroshima Station, transfer to the Hiroshima Electric Railway (Hiroden) and take the Line 2 tram towards Eba. Get off at Genbaku Dome-mae Station. From the station, it is just a 5-minute walk to the Atomic Bomb Dome located at 1-10 Otemachi, Naka Ward, Hiroshima.

From Mikawa, you can also take a bus to Hiroshima. Board an express bus from Mikawa Bus Terminal to Hiroshima Bus Center. The trip takes around 1.5 hours and costs approximately 1,500 yen.
