Car

If you're driving, head towards Shizuoka, specifically towards Shimizu Ward. Use the following route: From the Mount Fuji area, take Route 139 southbound until you reach the junction with Route 150. Merge onto Route 150 and follow the signs for Shimizu. After approximately 30 km, you will reach the area around Ryūgeji, located at 2085 Muramatsu, Shimizu Ward, Shizuoka. There is parking available near the temple, but be aware that parking fees may apply, generally around 500 yen.
Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, start by taking a train from Kawaguchiko Station (富士急行) to Otsuki Station. At Otsuki, transfer to the JR Chuo Line and head towards Shinjuku. Get off at Shizuoka Station. From Shizuoka Station, take the Shizuoka Railway (Shizutetsu) to Shimizu Station. Once at Shimizu Station, you can take a local bus (Shimizu City Bus) that heads towards Muramatsu. Get off at the stop nearest to Ryūgeji, which is about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. Ensure you have fare for the bus, typically around 200 yen.
