From JR Shimizu Station (West Exit), take the Miho Yamanote Line bus towards 'Miho Shako-mae', 'Orido Shako-mae', 'Tokai Daigaku Miho Suizokukan', or 'Sekaiisan Miho Matsubara'. Get off at 'Mitoba / Verkehr Hakubutsukan-mae'. The bus ride is just under 10 minutes. From there, it's a short walk to the Hinode Platform. Bus fare is approximately ¥200-300.

From JR Shimizu Station (East Exit), a taxi to the Shimizu Harbor Bay Cruise at Hinode Pier takes about 8 minutes. The estimated fare is around ¥1,000 - ¥1,500.

From JR Shimizu Station West Exit, the Ejiri Platform is a 4-minute walk. From there, you can take the Shimizu Port Water Bus to the Hinode Platform. Check the water bus schedule and fares upon arrival at Ejiri Platform. Note that paid parking is available near the platforms.
