Public Transportation
If you are in central Tokyo, first make your way to Ueno Station. From there, take the JR Joban Line towards Toride and get off at Minami-Senju Station. Upon exiting Minami-Senju Station, head south on Route 6 for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Yanagibashi Street. Turn left onto Yanagibashi Street and walk for approximately 5 minutes. Shioiri Park will be on your right at 8 Chome-13-1 Minamisenju, Arakawa City.
Car
If you are driving from Shinjuku, take the Wangan Expressway towards Kasai. Follow the signs to Exit 2 for Shinjuku and merge onto Route 6. Continue on Route 6 for about 20 minutes, then take the exit towards Minamisenju. After exiting, turn left onto Route 6 and continue straight for approximately 5 minutes. Look for parking options near Shioiri Park at 8 Chome-13-1 Minamisenju, Arakawa City.
