Car
Starting from central Mutsu, head southeast on Route 279 (Mutsu Bypass) toward Aomori. Continue on Route 279 for about 30 minutes until you reach Higashidori. Look for signs directing you to Shiriyazaki Lighthouse as you enter the town. Turn onto Route 45, then follow the signs for approximately 10 minutes until you arrive at the lighthouse. There is a small parking area available near the lighthouse.
Public Transportation
From Mutsu Station, take a local bus towards Higashidori. Buses may not run frequently, so check the schedule in advance. The journey takes about 50 minutes. Once you arrive in Higashidori, you can either walk (approximately 30 minutes) or take a taxi to the Shiriyazaki Lighthouse. The taxi ride should take about 10 minutes and may cost around 1,500 yen. It's advisable to confirm the taxi fare with the driver before starting your journey.
