Take either of these buses, which run frequently throughout the day. The journey should take about 20 minutes. Once you arrive at the 'Kagakukan-mae' stop, exit the bus, and the museum will be just a short walk (approximately 5 minutes) down the road on your left.

From Nagasaki Station, board tram line 1 (the blue line) towards 'Ueno-machi'. Ride for about 15 minutes and get off at 'Kankōdōri' stop. From the tram stop, walk approximately 10 minutes to the museum. Head east on Kankōdōri street, turn left at Aburagimachi street, and continue straight until you see the Nagasaki Science Museum on your right.
