If you're driving to Sanno Shrine, start by navigating to the center of Nagasaki. From Nagasaki Station, take Route 34 (Nagasaki Nakama Road) and head towards Sakamoto. Continue on Route 34 for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection near Sakamoto Park. Turn right onto Sakamoto Street, and after approximately 1 km, you will see Sanno Shrine on your right at 2 Chome-6-56 Sakamoto. There is limited parking available nearby, so look for designated parking spots or on-street parking.

Public Transportation - Tram
To reach Sanno Shrine using public transportation, take the Nagasaki Electric Tramway from Nagasaki Station. Board a tram heading towards 'Uomachi' and get off at 'Sakamoto-machi' station, which is about a 15-minute ride. From the tram stop, walk south for about 10 minutes along Sakamoto Street. The shrine will be located at 2 Chome-6-56 Sakamoto on your left. The tram fare is approximately 210 JPY one way.

Another option is to take a bus from Nagasaki Station. Board the Nishitetsu bus bound for 'Sakamoto' and disembark at 'Sanno Jinja-mae' stop. The journey takes around 20 minutes.
