If you're driving, start from Nagasaki station and head west on Route 34. Continue for about 2.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route 206. Turn left onto Route 206 and continue for approximately 1 kilometer. Then, take a right turn onto Nishizakamachi. The museum will be on your left at 9-4 Nishizakamachi, Nagasaki, 850-0051. There is limited parking available near the museum, so plan accordingly.

Public Transportation - Bus
From Nagasaki Station, walk to the nearby bus terminal. Look for the Nagasaki Seaside Line (Bus No. 1) and board the bus heading towards Nagasaki Peace Park. The ride will take about 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Nishizakamachi' stop. From there, the museum is a short 5-minute walk. Head northeast on Nishizakamachi Street, and you will find the Oka Masaharu Memorial Nagasaki Peace Museum at 9-4 Nishizakamachi.
