Getting There

  • Public Transport - Subway

    If you're starting from Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (light blue line) towards Fujigaoka. After 4 stops, get off at Fushimi Station. At Fushimi Station, transfer to the Sakuradori Line (green line) and head towards Nakamura Kuyakusho. Get off at the next stop, which is Sakae Station. From Sakae Station, exit via the Exit 16 and walk straight for about 10 minutes towards Hisaya Odori Park, then head through the park towards the Ninomaru area where the @Nagoya Monument is located.

  • Public Transport - Bus

    From Nagoya Station, head to the bus terminal located just outside the station. Take the Meitetsu Bus route 61 towards Nagoya Castle. Get off at the 'Nagoya Castle' stop. From there, walk towards the north entrance of the castle and the @Nagoya Monument is located within the castle grounds, just a short walk from the entrance.

    If you're already in the Naka Ward area, you can simply walk to @Nagoya Monument. Head towards Ninomaru Park, which is a prominent landmark in the area. The monument is located at 1 Ninomaru, Naka Ward, just a short distance from the park entrance. Follow signs for Nagoya Castle, and you will find the monument near the entrance.
