Getting There

  • Subway

    Start your journey at Nagoya Station. Take the Higashiyama Line (light blue line) towards Fujigaoka. Ride for about 5 stops (approximately 10 minutes) and get off at Sakae Station. After exiting the ticket gates, follow the signs to the exit for 'Sakae'. Once you are outside, head towards the large TV tower that you will see in the distance. The Nagoya City Science Museum is located in Shirakawa Park, which is just a short walk from Sakae Station.

    If you prefer taking the bus, start from Nagoya Station and head to the bus terminal near the station. Look for bus number 16 or 17 that goes towards Sakae. The ride will take around 15 minutes. Get off at the 'Sakae' bus stop. From there, walk towards Shirakawa Park, which is located just across the road. The Nagoya City Science Museum is situated within the park.
