From Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (light blue line) towards Fujigaoka. Travel for 5 stops and get off at Sakae Station. Once you exit the station, look for Exit 1 (the exit will be marked in English). This will take you to the surface near the Oasis 21 complex.
