Public Transportation
From Nagoya Station, take the Higashiyama Line (light blue line) towards Fujigaoka. Ride for 4 stops (approximately 10 minutes) and get off at Sakae Station. Exit the station through Exit 1. Once outside, you will see the Oasis 21 complex. Walk straight towards the Oasis 21 and then continue walking towards the Hisaya Odori Park. Walk through the park until you reach the Nagoya Castle entrance. The @Nagoya Monument is located just inside the castle grounds at 1 Ninomaru, Naka Ward.
