From the Sakae district, head east towards the Hisaya Odori Park. Walk along the main road (Hisaya Odori) for about 10 minutes. You will pass several shops and cafes. Continue until you reach the intersection with Higashisakura Street. Turn left onto Higashisakura Street and walk for another 5 minutes. You will see the アットナゴヤモニュメント オアシス21 on your right at 1 Chome-11-1 Higashisakura.

If you prefer to use public transport, you can take the subway from Sakae Station. Board the Higashiyama Line (Yellow Line) towards Takabata. Get off at Fushimi Station (2 stops). From Fushimi Station, take Exit 5 and walk about 8 minutes east on Nishiki Street until you reach Higashisakura Street. Turn left and walk for 2 minutes to arrive at アットナゴヤモニュメント オアシス21. Note: A single journey on the subway costs approximately 260 yen.
