Walking
If you are starting from the Sakae subway station, exit the station and head towards the Oasis 21 complex. From there, walk straight down the main street, Nagoya Nishiki Street, for about 10 minutes. You will pass various shops and cafés along the way. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with the main road, and then turn left. Shirakawa Park will be on your right side, just before you reach the next major intersection.

Public Transport - Subway
From Sakae station, take the Higashiyama Line towards Fujigaoka. Get off at the next stop, which is Fushimi station. Transfer to the Tsurumai Line and head towards Kamejima. Get off at the next stop, which is Shirakawa station. Exit the station and walk straight for about 5 minutes. Shirakawa Park will be on your left side.

From the Sakae area, locate the nearest bus stop (you can ask locals or look at a bus map). Take a bus that is going towards Nagoya City Hall. The journey will take approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the Shirakawa Park bus stop. The park entrance will be a short walk from the bus stop.
