Car
If you're driving, head towards the central area of Okayama City. Use a GPS to navigate to 'Nishikimachi, 8−11 フェリスビル 3F'. There are parking facilities nearby, but be aware of the parking regulations in the area. Once parked, walk towards the building marked 'フェリスビル', and take the elevator to the 3rd floor where Utena Bar is located.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Naoshima to Okayama City. Look for the buses that go to Okayama Station. Once you arrive at Okayama Station, exit the station and look for the tram line. Board the tram heading to the Nishikimachi area. Get off at the Nishikimachi stop. From there, walk towards 'フェリスビル', which should be just a few minutes away. The bar is on the 3rd floor of the building.
