From Nara Station, take the Kintetsu Nara Line to Nabari Station. The journey will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Nabari Station, exit the station and head to the bus terminal located just outside. Look for the bus heading to Akame 48 Waterfalls (Akame 48 Taki). The bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Akame 48 Waterfalls' which is directly in front of the park entrance.

From Nara Station, board the Kintetsu Nara Line train towards Nagoya and get off at Iga-Ueno Station. This will take about 40 minutes. From Iga-Ueno Station, take a local bus towards Akame 48 Waterfalls, which will take around 40 minutes. Once you arrive at the Akame 48 Waterfalls stop, the entrance to the waterfalls is just a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
